WE sell quality merchandise at the lowest price possible and back it all up with great customer service.  We don’t keep your credit card information on file so you won’t be hacked.  And we will never – EVER – sell your private information to anyone.

Returns Policy

• If you receive damaged merchandise please call 800.551.1433
• Package can be returned by UPS or through the Post Office, No CODs.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• For a non-damage return, please fill out a return form.  You can download it here. Email to us or fax to 678-344-4571.
• Call 1.800.551-1433 to get an RMA number for a non-damage return. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all non-damage returned items.
• All shipments should be inspected immediately; all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 working days after receipt of shipment.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on packages shipped through the Post Office.
• Hardware and Molding is not responsible for packages returned to us due to order refusals or returned orders after 3 delivery attempts have been made. A 25% restocking fee plus freight charges will be applied.
• No returns allowed on Custom made products.

Our Privacy and Security Policy

• H&M protects your privacy and personal information.
• We use the information we collect to complete your orders and to make improvements to our web site.
• We process your transactions on a secure server hosted by one of the largest providers of e-commerce services in the world.
• We will not ever, for any reason, sell your information to any third parties.
• We train our employees to protect your information.
• We do not store the record of your credit card once the transaction has been completed so there is no file of credit card numbers for a hacker to steal. For this reason, we require you to re-enter your credit card information each time you make a purchase from our site.

Shipping & Ordering Information

Hardware and Molding ships orders via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. Small Kenlin furniture parts may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  If you need priority shipments, please contact our customer service department. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for shipments, especially on orders shipped to the west coast.

Ordering Online

Hardware and Molding uses standard e-commerce 'shopping cart' technology to make ordering online a snap. You can add, remove, or change the products in your basket at any time before you check out, and there's no limit to the amount of products that can be stored in your basket.

Payment Methods

Hardware and Molding takes VISA, MasterCard. Discover, and American Express payments. If you don't want to send your credit card information over the Internet, we can take your order in one of the following ways. First, you'll need to print out our order form.  We also accept payments via PayPal.

1) Call us at 800.551.1433 and give us your order and credit card information of the phone. Your order will be entered by us and you will receive a confirmation via email containing your order number, shipping details, and invoice.

2) Fax a completed order form to 678.344.4571. Include your name, credit card number, and expiration date. Your order will be entered by us and you will receive a confirmation via email containing your order number, shipping details, and invoice.

Standard Shipping rates:

These rates are good in the 48 continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, United States Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and International orders, contact Customer Service.

Molding orders and vanity orders exempt. Extra shipping charges may be assessed. These will be emailed to you before your order is shipped.

Internet Sales Tax

The law requires us to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the states of Georgia and Florida.
